Adam Hill is the President & Chief Executive Officer for Scarbrough Global, a Kansas City-based global logistics company, which was established in 1984. Scarbrough consists of Scarbrough International (including Scarbrough Mexico & Scarbrough Canada), Scarbrough Logistics, Scarbrough Transportation, Scarbrough Warehousing, and Scarbrough Consulting.

Adam joined Scarbrough in 2006 and has been assisting in its growth ever since, notably expanding Scarbrough’s services to cover all North America after opening both Scarbrough Mexico and Scarbrough Canada. In 2023, Adam was recognized by Ingrams, a leading business publication in Missouri and Kansas, as one of the top 250 most influential business leaders in the Kansas City area. He also led Scarbrough to being named one of 2023 Kansas City Business Journal’s Fast 50 – a list of the fastest growing companies in Kansas City. One of Adam’s proudest achievements is his leadership through the pandemic and post-pandemic years that helped the company grow in employee count when most others in the industry saw cutbacks.

Adam is a Licensed Customs Broker, a Certified Customs Specialist, and a Certified Export Specialist. His expertise is in international trade compliance, with a specific interest in U.S., Mexican and Canadian Customs regulations. He currently proudly serves as a Board Member & Secretary of World Net Associates, Inc. Previously he volunteered his time as the board chair for CSCMP Kansas City Heartland Roundtable, and as a board member for both KC SmartPort and the International Business Advisory Board at Park University. Adam is also a member of National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America, U.S. Customs & Border Protections Trade Network, and the International Trade Council of Greater Kansas City.

Adam is a proud graduate of William Jewell College, where he was first introduced to Scarbrough through a college internship. He also holds an MBA from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at The University of Memphis.
