Taiwan law opens door to more export consolidations
Taiwan says forwarders can consolidate exports to multiple destinations
Taiwanese authorities recently passed a law allowing freight forwarders to consolidate exports to multiple destinations in a single container.
Previously, forwarders could only group goods in a container for a single country destination.
The decision is expected to improve international logistics by enabling transshipment and re-export of consignments.
Scarbrough has a niche consolidation service not only out of Taiwan, but several Chinese ports, as well as, other points of the world.
