Any importer that has imported the following products on or after September 24, 2018 should apply for a refund from U.S. Customs.  The exclusions are available for any product that meets the description in the Annex, regardless of whether the importer filed an exclusion request.  Don’t have the time or not sure if it’s worth it?  Scarbrough can do this for you.  Please email consulting@scarbrough-intl.com and our Consulting Team will take care of you.
