Dwayne Dever

KANSAS CITY, MO — Scarbrough Global has announced the promotion of its Director of Information Technology Dwayne Dever to Vice President and Chief Information Officer.  Dwayne will oversee the Scarbrough Group’s broad Information Technology strategy while continuing to head the IT department.

“Our industry and organization rely on real-time data flow and reliable technology — it’s the key to our survival,” said Adam Hill, President and COO of the Scarbrough Group. “Dwayne was the obvious candidate to oversee development of our information strategy, without a doubt.”

Dever has been with the Scarbrough Group Information Technology department since 2014. His expansive education and experience have helped guide the organization toward information efficiency. Dever’s unique accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Information Security and Assurance as well as membership with both the International Association for Cryptologic Research and Forbes Technology Council.

“I’ve always been impressed with Dwayne’s technical depth,” said Scarbrough Group Executive Vice President, Kathy Shanks. “Pair that with his genuine concern to help the customer, to mentor his staff and to take our technology to the next level, and that is why I’m so excited for what the future holds for Scarbrough.”

Dwayne’s new leadership position arrives as both Scarbrough Global and the logistics environment itself aim to maximize information capabilities. His leadership will help position Scarbrough  to adapt with an ever-changing supply chain technology landscape.
