Port Congestion Surcharge Suspended
Many carriers are declaring that the previously announced Port Congestion Surcharge for shipments imported and exported via US West Coast ports has been postponed until further notice.

For example, Scarbrough International, Ltd. was happy to file complaints on behalf of our clients with The Federal Maritime Commission, who also questioned the surcharge.
