NOVEMBER 1^st GRI – Expected to be postponed, again.

Fuller vessels for the last week of October lent the expectation of a November 1^st GRI passing in a small capacity.  However, the initial indication from carriers shows that this will not be the case after all.  With three carriers already postponing the GRI until the 15^th there is full expectation that the others will follow suit.  Expect the status quo.
