Roger Scarbrough

Roger Scarbrough is the founder and CEO of Scarbrough
International, Ltd. and Scarbrough Logistics, Ltd.,
transportation companies that provide a full range of
transportation, logistics management and regulatory
compliance services to businesses engaged in international
trade. Mr. Scarbrough served as President and CEO of United
Shipping, Inc. from 1995 to 2002, a worldwide network of
Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and Logistics Management
companies. United Shipping, Inc. has over 75 members and 150
offices in 45 countries spanning the globe.
Mr. Scarbrough is a 30-years transportation professional
with experience in conducting training seminars, lecturing
at universities, and consulting businesses in supply chain
management, international distribution, and overseas
production strategies. He is a member of many business
associations including the National Customs Brokers and
Forwarders Association of America, International Trade Club
of Kansas City, and World Trade Club of St. Louis. He has a
degree in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri
State University and served in the U.S. Army with the U.S.
Army Intelligence Command.

Ferrell Vice President, Scarbrough International, Ltd.
Doug Ferrell is
the Vice President of Scarbrough International Ltd. Doug is
a licensed United States Customs Broker and a Certified
Customs Specialist. Doug has a wealth of knowledge in
relation to the international freight industry which comes
from years of experience and study. Doug works with our
customers both large and small, from Fortune 200 to the
small "Mom and Pop" companies, to help them craft customized
and flexible solutions to best meet their needs.
His background
includes employment at Ernst and Young as an International
Tax Consultant specializing in large multinational
corporations dealing with cross border intercompany
transactions. His efforts included valuation of complex
international transactions of both tangible and intangible
assets.
Doug holds
degrees in Finance and Economics from Missouri State
University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honors
Distinction. His education also included a semester in
London, England at Imperial College focusing on
international business.
