Roger Scarbrough, CEO, Scarbrough International Ltd.

Roger Scarbrough is the founder and CEO of Scarbrough International, Ltd. and Scarbrough Logistics, Ltd., transportation companies that provide a full range of transportation, logistics management and regulatory compliance services to businesses engaged in international trade. Mr. Scarbrough served as President and CEO of United Shipping, Inc. from 1995 to 2002, a worldwide network of Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and Logistics Management companies. United Shipping, Inc. has over 75 members and 150 offices in 45 countries spanning the globe.

Mr. Scarbrough is a 30-years transportation professional with experience in conducting training seminars, lecturing at universities, and consulting businesses in supply chain management, international distribution, and overseas production strategies. He is a member of many business associations including the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America, International Trade Club of Kansas City, and World Trade Club of St. Louis. He has a degree in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University and served in the U.S. Army with the U.S. Army Intelligence Command.

Ed Rogers, Vice President - Strategy and Business Intelligence, Scarbrough International Ltd.

Ed Rogers is Vice President of Strategy and Business Intelligence at Scarbrough International, Ltd.  His current efforts include international supply chain security, constraint management, and project management.  Ed has previously served as a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps and has held a secret security clearance.  Additionally, he has also held positions at Federal Mogul, BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) and Cerner.

Ed is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from William Jewell College and a Master of Business Administration degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Sean Scarbrough, Global Logistics Advisor, Scarbrough International Ltd.

Sean Scarbrough spent several years at the nation's 2nd largest privately-held company and a multi-national telecommunications company where he worked in their mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and strategic planning areas. In these roles he evaluated and negotiated investments in the financial services, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Sean's other roles at Scarbrough International have included four years as Chief Financial Officer and four years as Vice President / General Manager. He is also an alumnus of the Kansas City office of KPMG where we worked as an auditor and tax accountant. Sean is a member of many industry organizations, including the International Trade Club of Kansas City where he has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Program Chairman, the World Trade Club of St. Louis, the International Logistics Association of Kansas City and the Missouri Society of CPAs. He has lectured at numerous industry seminars and training sessions on topics ranging from US Customs entry processes, exporting under letters of credit, drawback program design and implementation, to doing business in Europe and Asia. Sean holds BS in Accounting and Business Management from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He earned an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business where he graduated as a Dean's Distinguished Scholar with degrees in Finance and International Strategy. His graduate education also involved a semester abroad at the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo, Norway. Sean is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed US Customhouse Broker.
