Photos of the West Coast Port Congestion

Photographer, Mike Kelley, took some very interesting shots of vessels over 1000 feet long waiting to berth at the Port of Long Beach / Los Angeles, where port congestion has become a big problem. Check out the pictures of truck drivers waiting – sometimes up to 8 hours – to get into the Port.
