Export Team Invests in Services, Equipment, and People

Over the last 20 years, Scarbrough International has been a trusted partner in assisting our customers with their exporting needs.  Clients come to Scarbrough International for their export needs because we have developed export processes and strategies that save our customers time. Scarbrough International’s export department offers many services and options for all your exporting needs.  The Export Department’s priority is to understand our client's business and to assist in developing an export program that supports the strategic and tactical objectives that our customers demand.  We offer a full range of services that will assist in the export process.  Scarbrough services include, but are not limited to the following:

In the last year, Scarbrough International has implemented a reinforced process model to stay on top of the export industry.  As you may have read in the past newsletter, Scarbrough International has invested in a new software system to assist in providing superior service to our customers.  This system will help our Export Department save our customers time and money while making the export process seem effortless for the customer. The new software helps coordinate compliance with customs and allows Scarbrough to improve and streamline customs transactions.   The software will auto-populate system data which allows our communication and export process to be expedited. 

The new software also enables our customers to interact with their shipments.  When we provide a quote, our customers will be able to view and accept the quote online.  The system will also provide up to the minute online tracking and tracing of the shipment.  This will allow our customers to offer accurate ETA’s to their clients and allow you to view the shipment from origin to destination.     

The Scarbrough International Export Department is making headway in the export industry with their investment in services, equipment, and people.  The export department is excited to be able to assist customers with any questions. This is who we are, and this is what we do.
