Customer Service 

Every day, employees of Scarbrough International make bookings; deliver cargo, load containers and issue international documentation. At different levels of expertise, and at different stages in our professional life, we all work with one common goal, to help our customers move their freight, improve their supply chain, and make their life little bit easier and their day at work little bit happier.

We are working in our customer’s best interest, trying to build long term relationships and grow into a valuable partner with their logistics needs.

We are striving to understand all the expectations and comply with those as well as exceed them every once in a while. Through continued education, training and investment in our people and systems we are developing the finest professionals in order to improve consistency of our operational processes and to ensure excellent performance. Through consistent communication of our Mission, Values and Goals at every level, we are developing employees who believe in what they do and who have a “can do” attitude.

We are hoping to be the extension of our customers and add value to their products by using our expertise and dedication.
