In today’s fast paced, just in time, service market your service provider choice is critical. Scarbrough Logistics, the onsite logistics partner of Scarbrough International Ltd, will ease your supply chain disruptions. From our own fleet of company owned trucks to our fully capable bonded CFS warehouses we are the solution to many of the issues you face every day. At Scarbrough Logistics we own our own trucks. That gives us control over how, when and where we are able to service our customers. Many international freight forwarders in the market-place today broker out a majority of their freight and rely on common carriers or local pickup and delivery services for all of their ground transportation needs and are then at the mercy of when that carrier can get your freight delivered. They do this because they see ground or domestic transportation as a necessary evil not as a service that can make or break your supply chain. What good is it to get your goods to the destination city if you can’t get your product to your customer or on the shelf when you need it? When your goods move on a Scarbrough truck we maintain control over the shipment and we are in a position to make the needed delivery time or special delivery when you need us to. When we need to move your goods out of our system on another carrier we have a network of carriers that have proven to us over the years their reliability. It is experience in this market that allows us to choose who we will rely on. We then continue to monitor their performance on an ongoing basis so that you can be assured that we are looking out for you. Our bonded CFS facilities in Kansas City, St Louis and Chicago are all US Customs bonded facilities as well as fully capable warehouses. We offer long term and short term storage, transloading or cross docking of freight and pick and pack as well as sorting of product to meet your needs. We can separate your products and prepare them for final delivery to anywhere you need within the contiguous United States, Mexico and Canada. Our Kansas City facility is an FDA approved Secure Facility and we have been rated as “Excellent” or “Superior” for the past 15 years by the American Institute of Baking. In addition we are an IATA approved Secure Facility, a C-TPAT (Customs & Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) Approved Facility and a TSA Approved Facility.
