COVER STORY Selecting an NVOCC Choosing the right Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) is a critical step in being assured that your cargo will get to where it’s going quickly and efficiently. You should also feel confident that you will be receiving the best customer service available. The following suggestions are what you should look for when choosing an NVOCC.
